Singer Michelle Williams looked fabulous last night in a floor-length sequined gown at the MOBO (Music of Black Origin) Awards at Echo Arena in Liverpool, England. Williams has been doing her thing across the pond for some time. We wonder if she'll make the UK her permanent home.
