Michelle Obama and Yara Shahidi teamed up Tuesday for the International Day of the Girl to chat about girls’ education around the world.
We absolutely love when not one but two fierce ladies get together to discuss pertinent issues, and the fact that they just so happened to be flawless in the process is just icing on the cake.
First Lady Michelle Obama donned a gorgeous floral wrap dress with black pumps, while Yara rocked a super chic Alberta Ferretti suit with red heels.
Yara took to Instagram to gush about the experience saying that she was “truly over the moon.”
Following her appearance, Yara switched her look up and showed it off with a cute dancing post. We all know that wearing sky high heels is only ideal for short periods of time so we love how Yara threw on some fresh Adidas sneakers to give her suit a more dressed down approach.
Both FLOTUS and Yara proved that this fall it’s all about fun, fearless takes on classic silhouettes.
