Michelle Obama graced the 2016 Democratic National Convention stage Monday night in Philadelphia — and like any FLOTUS appearance it was moment worth celebrating. But beyond delivering a badass speech, the First Lady also blew us away by rocking a beautiful royal blue dress by designer Christian Siriano for the occasion.
And you’ve gotta love that the chic cap-sleeve frock perfectly complemented the blue-hued background and stage. While it would be easy to just blend in with her surroundings, that’s certainly not Mrs. Obama’s style. Rather she dazzled in the look, which included silver heels, a pair of sleek statement earrings and a head of shiny, soft curls that delicately rested on her shoulders.
