According to her hubby Nick Cannon, Mariah mostly craved Kellogg’s Crunchy Nut cereal during her pregnancy.
A few months into pregnancy, Mariah revealed that she had suffered a miscarriage, hence her decision to keep mum about her pregnancy.
The pop diva still kept things light and fun during her pregnancy, even tweeting a photo of herself getting her belly painted.

By the time the babies were four months old, Mariah was back in the groove, trying to get her pre-baby body. She tweeted a phot of herself having an ocean workout. “It’s been a loooong time since I’ve been in the ocean,” she wrote.
Mariah is active on almost any give day, according to her husband Nick Cannon. Water aerobics is her favorite workout.
When she’s not taking walks with her five puppies, Mariah works out with her trainer.

Six months after giving birth, the new mom is drastically slimmer. “[She pays attention to her] diet and eating properly,” Cannon told Us Magazine “She does long, long hours on the treadmill. It’s all doing it the right way.”
