New mommy Mariah Carey and hubby Nick Cannon were spotted leaving UCLA Medical Center in West Los Angeles with their twins, Moroccan Scott Cannon and Monroe Cannon in tow.
In true Hollywood style, Mariah and Nick drove “dem babies” from the hospital in a Rolls Royce Phantom.
