Letoya Luckett-Walker was a stunning mother-to-be at the baby shower celebrations of her first child.
The
Greenleaf star and her husband, Tommicus Walker, shared their joy with family and friends in a butterfly-themed extravaganza. Luckett-Walker shared photos from the private event on Instagram.
“My heart was overjoyed from all of the love in the room,” she captioned a photo of herself next to her hubby.
In June, with a little help from her stepdaughter Madison Walker, 6, Luckett-Walker
announced that she and her husband were expecting their first child together in an Instagram video.
The pair
tied the knot in December in a lavish Texas wedding.
Earlier this week,
Luckett-Walker announced that she was having a baby girl in an angelic maternity photoshoot posted to Instagram. Her best friend Eudoxie Bridges, wife of
Fast and Furious star Ludacris, has already been picked to be the baby’s godmother.
“Eudoxie is god mommy so she’s excited about that,” Luckett-Walker said. “She’s very protective already. She’s always been the one to be like ‘You need to eat and stop worrying. Just elevate your feet, stop worrying about this stuff. It’s gonna be fine, you’ll figure it out.’”
Luckett-Walker and her husband will share their pregnancy journey as part of
T.I. & Tiny: Friends and Family Hustle, which premieres Monday, October 22 on VH1.
