Kirk Franklin's Daughter Just Got Married and He Was So Proud

This weekend Kirk Franklin took on father-of-the-bride duties when his eldest daughter married on Saturday in Dallas.

Not only did the gospel singer take on the honor of walking his daughter, Carrington Franklin, down the aisle and sharing a special dance with her during the reception, but he also officiated her nuptials to her college sweetheart, Maxx Nakwaasah.  

Kirk shared some of the precious moments from the wedding which were certainly overflowing with love.

The mega producer couldn’t believe he would be giving his daughter away and tried to hold on to his little girl as long as he could.  He shared his various stages of emotions on Twitter.
