Leakes' legal team demanded that Moore stop making "false and defamatory statements" against their client.
Drama in Hotlanta!
The feud between Real Housewives of Atlanta stars NeNe Leakes and Kenya Moore heated up last night after Leakes’ legal team sent Moore a cease and desist letter, demanding that she stop defaming their client. How does Moore respond? She puts Leakes on blast and posts the letter on Instagram.
“I guess this is @neneleakes way of saying happy birthday,” wrote Moore, who just turned 44 last weekend. “#RHOA #HypocrisyAtItsBest #byegirl #SheTriedIt #SoNastySoRude”
The letter ordered Moore to stop making “false and malicious” claims against Leakes.
“Your postings on BravoTV have been false, malicious and ostensibly made up with the intent to cause damage to her reputation by exposing her to public hatred, contempt and ridicule, and injuring her in her trade and/or profession,” the letter stated.
What do you think? Was Moore was wrong for posting the legal notice on social media?
