Kanye West Gave An Epic Kanye Speech At the 2016 MTV VMAs, Shouts Out Ex Amber Rose

MTV gave Kanye West four minutes to do whatever he wanted at the 2016 VMAs before introducing his new video “Fade”, and in true Kanye fashion, he did what Kanye does best and gave us an epic “speech,” or as he put it, he “talked” first. Of course he stanned for Beyoncé, talked about that Taylor Swift phone call and gave nods to some of the people he admired most, including himself, of course, but no other moment was more Kanye-esque than the moment when he called his wife, Kim Kardashian-West a “G” for letting him call out to his ex girlfriend Amber Rose from the stage and also mention her (controversial) ex, Ray J. Because he’s known to just go off the cuff, Mr. West gave us a total impromtu moment and none of us were ready.
