Justine Skye is gorgeous.

There is no denying that. So when a fan tried to compliment the RocNation singer by calling her “my fav dark skin,” Skye spoke up against colorism and how damaging it can be.

“As a beautiful black woman yourself, you should know that even though it may seem like it, this is not a compliment,” Skye clapped back politely to the fan.
