While we await the release of Jhene’s forthcoming album, Souled Out, the songstress took to Instagram earlier this week and posted a few photos of her wearing blonde faux locks made of yarn.

“Every gem is NOT a diamond” she captioned one of the photos. Faux locks are definitely making a splash this summer. Last month Ciara rocked multi-hued, waist-length locs, proving that lower-maintenance styles are the way to go during the warmer season.
