No, not apathetic or aloof. Jemele Hill is simply unbothered. So much so that it’s the title of her new podcast, launching later this month.

Jemele Hill Is Unbothered, which podcast addicts can find on Spotify, will see Hill doing what she does best — talking a blend of sports, politics, culture, music and just about everything in between.

But the newly engaged media personality said last Tuesday during an intimate dinner at Gitano’s Jungle Room that fans shouldn’t be misled by the name of her new pod.

“It doesn’t mean that you don’t care,” she explained. “It doesn’t mean that you’re not passionate about things. It just means you’re just fresh out of f*cks.”

I’m ecstatic to finally be able to announce my co-hosts for my new podcast “Jemele Hill Is Unbothered,” which launches April 15th on @Spotify. Please give a hearty welcome to @youngsinick & @wolfwiles!!! pic.twitter.com/sass10HfVi

“As has been the case throughout my career, it’s not about me. It’s about how I can uplift, elevate and position others,” Hill said before introducing her co-hosts, Michael Arceneaux and Cole Wiley.

Both said they had an instant connection with Hill, either meeting through mutual friends or over brunch at the Four Seasons in Los Angeles.

“While I always carry the spirit of Beyonce with me, I will be a fantastic Letoya Luckett or Kelly Rowland,” Arceneaux quipped to laughter. “I am here to support the vision and the dream, and I will always be on key.”

Jemele Hill Is Unbothered, which will also feature the occasional celebrity guest, launches April 15 on Spotify.
