Opening up to Fault Magazine, the Kansas City native said that she is worried that one day she will run out of time to have a family.
"That I won’t have a family within the time frame that I want to have a family," the "Electric Lady" singer admitted when asked what scares her.

The 2017 ESSENCE Black Women In Hollywood honoree is set to release her third studio album, Dirty Computer, on April 27th and in the future, whether she is a mother or not, she is hopeful that she will be able to inspire a new birth of dreamers who march to the beat of their own drum as she does.
"I do want to usher in a new generation of babies that will be better than me and able to dream bigger than me and go out into this world and turn it upside down in a very positive way."
