Beyonce Cuts Ear During Tidal X Concert and Doesn’t Miss a Beat

When Beyonce says the show must go in, she means it! Queen Bey was in the middle of her set at Tidal X Saturday night when she sustained an ear injury—likely from one of her dancers mistakenly ripping off an earring, some fans speculated. But she gave little indication that anything was wrong and finished her set. If the crowd hadn’t seen the blood themselves, they would have been none the wiser. The 20-time Grammy winner was part of the second annual Tidal’s X benefit concert at the Barclays Center, which donated all proceeds to the Robin Hood Foundation — a charity that strives to end poverty in New York City. Other performers included Nicki Minaj, Lauryn Hill and Alicia Keys.
