Halle Berry has escaped Hollywood — albeit briefly.
The Kidnap actress extensively documented her Thanksgiving week trip to Bora Bora on Instagram, writing that she was “distancing myself from the bulls—.”
She began sharing her vacation snaps before even arriving to the French Polynesian island, taking a photo of the surrounding beautiful, crystal-blue waters which she added to her Instagram Story alongside multiple airplane emoji stickers.
Upon arrival she added, simply, “Yass Yass Yass.”
The 51-year-old actress later gushed over the tropical retreat’s beauty, writing that “Mornings are amazing…” alongside a picture of herself taking in the sights.
Berry also revealed the trip’s secret purpose on social media: “distancing myself from the bulls—”
Relaxing while taking in Bora Bora’s spectacular views wasn’t the only activity the Academy Award-winning actress had planned for her vacation. “Cheers to pour decisions ,” she cheekily captioned a photo of two drinks next to a pair of shot glasses.
Berry rounded out her trip by sharing a video of herself diving into the beautiful waters of Bora Bora in a bikini and showing off her new Polynesian head wrap.
“It’s a wrap,” she wrote alongside one final picturesque photo. Whether Berry was suggesting that this was the end of her vacation or simply the end of another fun-filled day in paradise remains unclear.
