Gabrielle Union Is Learning The Hard Knocks Of Being A New Mom

Gabrielle Union gave us a glimpse into her new life as a mom with a photo and message that every parent can relate to. In her Instagram stories this weekend, she shared a photo of herself holding her new daughter, who was via surrogate, last week. “So perhaps I haven’t showered or brushed my teeth or slept, but I’m in heaven,” she wrote. “I stink but I’m happy.” She also shared a photo of hubby Dwyane Wade holding their baby girl. “Daddy’s Girl,” she captioned the photo. The couple has yet to share the baby’s name. Back in August, Union revealed that she had been diagnosed with adenomyosis, which affects a woman’s uterus. The issue caused her to suffer approximately “eight or nine” miscarriages, along with the actress attempting in vitro fertilization with no success. Congrats again to the happy couple and their newest addition to the family!
