Fans are showing support for Saturday Night Live‘s Leslie Jones after the comedian shared a heartbreaking Instagram post about love.

On Tuesday, Jones, who likes to document her daily workouts—they’re pretty inspiring—wrote in a caption: “Ok back to cardio. But confession I feel like I’m doing it for nothing. I know it (sic) not I’m healthy and look good but I really feel like “what’s it all for” if the people you want to notice don’t. I just feel like I might die alone. Sorry, that’s pretty heavy today!!”

Do it today so that you’re able to do it tomorrow and a long time to come. Once a ability is gone it’s hard to get back. Keep moving!
