Fall TV Preview: 21 Reasons We'll Be Tuning In

The weather outside isn't frightening just yet. But come fall, with Scandal and Luther coming back for new seasons, Arsenio Hall returning to late-night and Queen Latifah getting her own talk show, we can't help but get excited about spending more time glued to our tellies.
