We’re still buzzing about the fact that Queen Bee will be joining Puff Daddy & the Family for an epic ESSENCE Festival finale on July 3 in New Orleans. Until then, let’s look back on Lil’ Kim’s best moments as a featured MC on these memorable collaborations.

“Get Money”

This 1995 hit showed that Kim more than held her own amidst all the testosterone in Junior M.A.F.I.A. (which also included the Notorious B.I.G.). No doubt, she got her money right along with the boys.

“It’s All About the Benjamins” (remix)

Queen Bee again represented as the only female on a male-heavy posse track led by Puff Daddy, with cameos from Biggie and the LOX. “Only female in my crew, and I kick s–t like a n—a do,” she boasted. And she backed that ish up.

“Let It Go”

On this 2007 hit, Kim engaged in some festive female bonding with lead artist Keyshia Cole and Missy Elliott, turning this into a ladies’ party anthem.

“I Can Love You”

Queen Bee met the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul on this Mary’ J. Blige Share My World joint, which also features a sample from Kim’s own “Queen Bitch.”

“Can’t Hold Us Down”

After Lil’ Kim teamed up with Christina Aguilera and crew for their Grammy-winning ‘Lady Marmalade” collaboration, she jumped on this 2003 Xtina jam and made it even fiercer.

“I Know What Girls Like”

Kim proved what a “real bitch” she was on this 1997 banger from Jay Z’s In My Lifetime, Vol. 1 that also featured Puff Daddy.

“Money, Power & Respect”

Seizing the mic first and spitting the chorus on this 1998 hit, Kim went just as hard as the LOX or DMX, breaking down money, power and respect as “the key to life.”
