Once again, Dawn Richard has perplexed the internet by looking completely different.
The former Danity Kane member was spotted on social media with freckles in a photo that requires a triple take.
But this isn’t the first time Richard’s look has confused those who have followed her career since 2005. The singer’s appearance has visible changed over the years, although she contends she’s never had cosmetic surgery.
“Honestly, I have come to the conclusion that people have already decided what they want to say and what they believe,” she said in a 2015 interview with The Breakfast Club.
“If I say ‘no’ they’re going to say I’m a liar and if I say ‘yes’ they’ll be like you a disgrace. You bleach your skin… Shout out to the people who think I spending that much [$100,000] on my face.”
Makeup sorcery or not, the 33-year-old has kept busy with successful albums and an upcoming tour scheduled for July.
