A judge has granted Karrueche Tran a restraining order against ex-boyfriend Chris Brown after allegations of assault and death threats. According to TMZ, the actress and model has filed legal documents claiming that the singer has made threats to kill her and a has assaulted her before. Tran says Brown has been telling friends that he’s going to kill her, making it clear that if he can’t have her, then no one can. Trans adds that Brown “threatened to shoot me” and claimed that he would “take me out.” The documents also reveal an alleged history of assault with Tran claiming Brown punched her twice in the stomach and pushed her down a flight of stairs during their relationship, all of which allegedly occurred while Brown was on probation for assaulting Rihanna. Karrueche adds that Brown has threatened her friends and even threw a drink at one of them. The restraining order requires Brown to stay 100 yards away from Tran, her mom, and her brother. Brown has exhibited disturbing behavior before, sharing a video with fans about stalking women and ambushing Tran outside of a nightclub, which a source later claimed was a misunderstanding. Social media has been ablaze since the news broke. Brown has since posted a video on Instagram telling fans about his tour, addressing his fight with Soulja Boy, and possibly hinting at Karrueche’s restraining order. No official statement has been given by Brown’s camp.
