ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attacks with Prime Minister Theresa May condemning the bombing as “appalling, sickening, cowardice.” Authorities believe they have identified the man responsible and are working to establish if he worked alone or with a group.

Our thoughts and prayers are with those affected by this horrible tragedy.
