Wedding bells will soon be ringing for singer Melanie Fiona. The Grammy-winning singer accepted a marriage proposal from boyfriend Jared Cotter on Valentine’s Day!
Fiona shared photos from a shoot in which Cotter got down on one knee to surprise her with the ultimate question. She is pictured holding their son, Cameron, and appears to be in complete shock before happily accepting the proposal.
“That time You and Cam planned a WHOLE FAKE FAMILY PHOTO SHOOT, as a disguise to capture my forever in the making,” the 34-year-old captioned the sweet photo series.
To celebrate his love for her on Valentine’s Day, Cotter shared a throwback photo of the two with a heartfelt caption to match.
“I love this picture but not because @melaniefiona is looking scrumptious (she is tho) or because we had a good time that night (we did tho). She broke up with me maybe an hour after this picture was taken a few years ago. She already knew what we were and could be and I was still behind. The best thing I’ve ever done was catch up to her. I love you. Happy Valentine’s Day!”
The couple welcomed their son, Cameron Lincoln Cotter, in March 2016.
