Fans can agree that Actress Lisa Bonet and her husband Jason Momoa have a beautiful marriage. The two tied the knot in November 2007 and have shown a united front of bliss ever since. The universal couple crush fans have on the gorgeous duo can be easily justified by their love super sweet love story.
Here we break down eight things to know about the carefree actress and her hunky actor husband, who has her heart for life.
1. They met through mutual friends.
In 2005, Lisa Bonet and Jason Moma were introduced by friends who thought they would be perfect together. As it turns out, they were right!
“We met through mutual friends,” Jason once told TheYBF. “But when I first met her, she didn’t know I was a stalker, but I was. I was with one of my best friends and when I turned around, and they were going to introduce us, literally like, FIREWORKS. She said ‘Hi I’m Lisa’. And I said ‘Hi, I’m Jason’ and I just turn around to my buddy like… (freaking out). Inside, I was like a little girl and I (deepend my voice] and tried to pull it together. She definitely makes me shy. It’s been an honor.”
2. Jason had a crush on Lisa way back when she played Denise Huxtable on The Cosby Show.
“I was definitely…that was the first time when I was like, ‘I want that one. I want her. I’m going to get her.’ I didn’t tell her till after we had our two children. But I told her–‘I kinda stalked ya. I was going to find ya.'”
3. They are parents to two adorable little ones.
In 2007 and 2008 the couple welcomed their children—a daughter and a son. Lola Iolani was born in July 2007 and Nakoa-Wolf Manakauapo Namakaeha was born just before Christmas in 2008.
4. Jason is a supportive stepfather to Lisa’s daughter Zoe.
When Lisa and Jason were married in 2007, Momoa became stepdad to Lisa and ex-husband Lenny Kravitz’s daughter Zoe, 27. The actor and the Lolawolf singer have an awesome connection.

5. Lisa, Jason and Lenny are the perfect blended family.
Lisa and ex-husband Lenny married in 1988 and divorced in 1993, but they are living proof that there doesn’t have to be any bad blood between exes. In 2015, Zoe told Ocean Drive Magazine that the dynamic between all three of her parents is all good.
“It makes things so easy that my parents are still very close, they have so much love for each other,” she says. “My dad and my step-dad [actor Jason Mamoa] get along really well, and my dad loves and is close with my brother and sister. It’s really beautiful. As long as everyone can be in the same room together, and have love for each other, it’s totally healthy.”
6. Jason and stepdaughter Zoe rock matching tattoos.
Along their forearms, Jason and Zoe have ink that reads “etre toujours ire” which roughly translates to mean “be always drunk”
7. Jason can’t help but gush about his ladylove Lisa and how much she supports him.
“She’s so amazing because I’m such a dipsh*t,” he said on Huffington Post Live. “She’s an angel. She’s amazing. God bless her. She’s seeing this one through. I’ve done a lot of dumb things in my life.”
8. Jason and Lisa have starred alongside each other on film.
In the movie, Road to Paloma the real life husband and wife played on-screen lovers. (Because duh!) Jason admitted on Huffington Post Live that working with the Cosby Show actress was exciting but challenging. “I always wanted to work with her,” he said. “It’s funny [though] — she made me shy.”
