Just 20 years ago, Kel Michell was an 18-year-old man playing a fast-food employee in the hit children’s comedy series Good Burger which was released this week in 1997 on Nickelodeon.
Today, Kel is a married man who recently became a father for the third time as he and his wife, Asia Lee, welcomed their daughter, Wisdom, to the world over the weekend.
As the anniversary celebration for Good Burger commences on social media, the actor took to Instagram to share the news of his daughter and a sweet message to his wife for being a superwoman who brought Wisdom into the world.
“My Wife is the most amazing woman she was so strong throughout the birth. I’m so proud of her! @therealasialee you are My super woman! You amaze me every day! Thank you for this gift! Our daughter is a reflection of your beautiful greatness and loving spirit! Our daughter is a blessing! For this Child we have prayed 1 Samuel 1:27 Prayers do get answered and dreams do come true!” he shared.
His wife Asia shared the same adorable photo of their new bundle of joy and thanked her husband for the love.
“Thank you hubby! I’m excited to be on this journey with you,” she shared.
Ironically, the Mitchells announced their pregnancy with a Good Burger themed maternity picture and six months later Wisdom made her debut right in time for the 2oth anniversary of her papa’s cult classic.
