Chrisette Michele and her fiancé Doug “Biggs” Ellison are counting down the days until their wedding day, but the music producer decided to surprise his bride-to-be with an all-white engagement party.

The R&B singer was on tour and rehearsing for her upcoming Love Jones play, but was ecstatic to celebrate the holiday weekend with a day off. Unbeknownst to her Biggs was able to pull together 200 of the couples friends and family for the surprise occasion at a New York venue.

Guests enjoyed great cookout food, MYX Moscato, dancing and a balloon release at the end of the night.
