Chanel Iman is pregnant!
The supermodel and newlywed and her husband, NFL player Sterling Shepard, shared their big news on Mother’s Day.
“We both are blessed in many different ways, that our love has created a wonderful new life and can’t wait for this ultimate blessing to arrive. We thank God for allowing us this opportunity to become parents and can’t wait to hold our baby in our arms!,” she wrote on Instagram.
The couple met in November 2016 through the help of Shepard’s former teammate, Victor Cruz.
In December 2017, the New York Giants wide receiver popped the question on the star’s 27th birthday and they tied the knot in March in front of family and friends. Their A-list guest list included Chrissy Teigen, Gabrielle Union, Tiffany Haddish and Odell Beckham Jr.
“My baby is making my baby! Happy Mother’s Day @chaneliman I love you mama,” Shepard wrote in honor of his wife and their little one on the way.
