Over the weekend, it seemed like everyone’s new favorite couple — Cardi B and Offset — were having trouble in paradise. Thankfully, that trouble didn’t last long to the delight of many.
On Saturday, the Bronx native took to Instagram to announce that she was single. Needless to say, it was news no one was expecting.
Turns out, the pair “broke up” for a mere 15 minutes, and it was all because Cardi thought the Migos rapper was responsible for taking her missing purple blanket.

To calm the hearts and minds of many of her fans (who have already deemed Cardi and Offset as relationship goals since they started dating in February), the Bodak Yellow star offered to treat him to Waffle House after they got back together.
As if the Waffle House invitation wasn’t enough to reiterate her true feelings of love and affection, the former Love and Hip-Hop reality star tweeted that her relationship with Offset is the real deal.

Let this be a lesson to the blanket taking culprit in Cardi’s life, don’t get comfortable because she will cut you off! But we’re also glad these two were just kidding. We’re so here for their budding relationship.
