The Carters showed out in their finest gear as they attended their niece’s Great Gatsby-themed birthday party this weekend.
According to E! News, the couple joined family and friends to celebrate the 21st birthday of their niece, Teanna, who threw the party in New York City.
Beyoncé wore a bodacious custom one-shoulder beaded merlot Walter Collection gown with a high slit and sweetheart neckline, paired with Jimmy Choo Viola sandals and Messika jewelry. Jay-Z matched her fly in a white and black tux with a white cane.
Beyoncé posted several photos of her and her husband on her Instagram page.
A guest told E! News that the couple and guests danced the night away in the comfortable family setting.
The couple was last seen out together for the European premiere of Disney’s live-action The Lion King, in which Beyonce voices Nala. The movie had a big box office opening last week, taking the #1 spot with $185 million in its North American debut for a 10-day worldwide total of $531 million.
