Angela Simmons‘ son was baptized over the weekend and Simmons celebrated the event with a big bash.
Baby Sutton Joseph, who celebrates his first birthday in Septemeber, was surrounded by friends and family at the ceremonial event. The blue and gold bash included a cake with Sutton’s name on it and a white and gold cross.
Simmons shared photos from the event, writing, ”I must say the room was filled with so much love !!! Family !! Love you guys.”
In late April, the mom shared a photo celebrating Sutton’s seven months, adding, “I couldn’t be a prouder mama.”
Simmons told PEOPLE back in October, “I’ve always wanted to be a mom, so I’m loving every minute of it.”
