Bobby Brown

Bobby Brown is prepping for the release of his first memoir, My Prerogative, chronicling the ups and downs of his life, from his days as the bad boy of R&B to his marriage with Whitney Houston.

Following the death of Houston and their daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, Bobby picked up the project to give fans a look into his “crazy, exciting, fascinating world.”

Publishing company Dey Street Books said, “We’re thrilled to be working with him as he opens up as never before about everything from his early days in the Boston projects, to his love affair with Whitney, to the heart-breaking death of his daughter, Bobbi Kristina, in what we know will be one of the most talked-about books of the season.” The book is set to be released June 2016.
