This ticket is a revocable, non-transferable license to attend the 2026 ESSENCE Festival of Culture® (the “Event”). No purchase necessary. Essence reserves the right to revoke this license or refuse admission for violation of event rules, unsafe conduct, or failure to comply with applicable laws or posted policies. You agree to comply with all Event and Essence policies, rules, and instructions, including those posted on the Event website, the E360 app, and those made available onsite prior to entry. By attending the Event, you grant Essence and its affiliates, sponsors, partners, and designees the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, record, and otherwise capture your name, likeness, image, voice, and appearance at the Event, and to use such materials in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, for promotional, marketing, advertising, or other lawful business purposes, without further notice or compensation. You waive any right to inspect or approve such materials and release Essence from any claims arising from such use. You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with attendance. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Essence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or relating to the Event. Essence reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. By accepting this ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms.
