After the dress, the one thing we were dying to know about The Royal Wedding was how Meghan Markle would rock her hair and makeup for the big day. While we knew she probably wouldn’t wear her natural curls and keep things minimal on the beauty front (it was rumored she would do her own makeup), we couldn’t wait to see the final look.
As expected, the gorgeous bride did not disappoint and looked absolutely stunning as she kept her makeup understated and natural with a focus on glowy dewy skin.
On the eyes, she wore bold brows, neutral eyeshadow, dark liner, lashes, with presumably lots (waterproof) mascara. While it can be tempting to amp up foundation and concealer for the big day, Markle did exactly the opposite. She wore a very light beat that showcased her beautiful freckles. PEOPLE reports that she worked with Honest Beauty’s creative consultant Daniel Martin to achieve the flawless look.
As for a lip, the look was finished off the look with a pale pink color.
For hair, Meghan went for a classic low pulled back updo, with a center part, that perfectly showed-off her face. The look was pulled together by a stunning tiara—on loan from Queen Elizabeth—that peeked out beneath a beautiful full-length lace veil. Markle finished the look with a nude manicure.
For most brides, the goal is to look like the best glowing and radiant version of themselves and Meghan achieved just that.
