A RIHCap Of Rihanna's Beauty Moments On The VMA Stage

Rihanna took the stage, not one, not twice, but four times at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards. As expected, the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard performer made sure each moment came with its own showstopping beauty look. In case you missed it, here's a "RIHcap" of each and every one.

For her first medley--a mash up of "Please Don't Stop The Music" and "Only Girl (In The World)"--Rihanna swung around a sleek high ponytail and drenched her lips in deep red lipstick. You can also see hints of red shadow on her eyelids.

For her second, dancehall-themed appearance, Rihanna pulled off a look that anyone else would probably look ridiculous in. Her hair remained covered with a fishnet durag while her glossy nude lips were outlined in black. Upon closer inspection, you can also see the way her creamy eyeshadow adds even more dimension to the face.

Rihanna's third performance was a tribute to some of her bossiest hits, including "BBHMM" and "Pour It Up." This time around, the singer went for an overall dark beauty look, rocking a long, black mullet and earth-toned eye makeup.

Before accepting her Video Vanguard Award from presenter (and rumored beau) Drake, Rihanna capped off her big night with a fourth medley that included her best slow jams and a simple beauty look. Even with slicked back hair and a classic smoky eye, the Barbadian beauty is a standout.
