Even in small numbers, you can always expect Black Hollywood to show up in show-stopping beauty looks. Kelly Rowland’s bubble dominatrix ponytail combo was a red carpet stunner, while Zendaya’s bright lips and shimmery skin elevated her mixed genre dress.
