Use the smudger on the opposite end or a fluffy brush to blend the product into the lash line then up towards your crease. According to Lewis, this creates more depth at the lash and a sheer wash of color going toward to the brow.

Want to up the smolder factor? Start by tightlining the upper lash line and rimming the bottom lash line with a dark black eyeliner. Instant come hither stare; especially if you add more shadow under the lash line, too!

 Apply clear lipgloss to the center of the lid for patent leather shine.
