If you don’t think about head wraps as part of your beauty look, then you might want to think again.

Attendees at Essence Festival this year in New Orleans knew better, topping their crowns with beautiful and interesting head wraps. In a variety of colors, patterns, and style designs, head wraps were just as popular as natural curls and protective styles.

In the New Orleans heat, head wraps were more like hair saviors, hiding all the hair imperfections that can happen during these long days of inspirational panels, interactive brand experiences, and exciting celebrity performances inside the city’s convention center and even in the Superdome.
