Fresh off of becoming the first makeup artitst --and first Black woman -- to be honored with the Founder's Award at the 2017 CFDA Awards, Pat McGrath is gearing up to launch a collection of nine lust-worthy lipsticks.

Described as "fearless formulations" and "powerful pigments" in the press release, the lippies are bound for cult status like all of Pat McGrath Labs previous products.

The British beauty ace hosted two intimate showings of the new lipsticks on Monday (June 12) to a select number of beauty editors and writers. We were in attendance during the one-on-one time with McGrath and instantly fell in love with the limited edition line, which will officially debut on PatMcGrath.com come on July 13 and Sephora.com on July 28.

The hues are borken down into trios that range from soft nudes from the "Skin Show" trio, the bright reds and pinks of the "Colour Blitz" trio and even futher to deep browns in the "Vicious Venoms" trio -- which all magically look incredible on a range of skin tones. McGrath showcased that fact on a bevy of models at the preview event. There's also no need to worry about these matte lippies leaving your pout dry. "They have the feel of a statin -- and the look of a velvet," McGrath explained.

It's not just the eye-catching colors that have us mesmerized, it's also stunning tube they are housed in. McGrath was adamant on encapsulating the lipsticks in metal tubes that felt rich and heavy in the customers hands. A set of golden lips wrapped around the tube is a perfect touch for a product that looks just as luxe as it feels. And no Pat McGRath Labs item is complete without the signature sequined filled pouch they come in.

So, if you're looking to get your hands on one (or all) of the lipsticks you'll have to act fast -- McGrath's products usually sell out within hours. Singles will retials for $38, trios for $95 and the entire collection will be priced at $275. Mark your calenders and get your coins together -- you're not going to want to miss this moment!
