Over the years Chadwick Boseman has strutted his stuff on a number of red carpets and has always seemed to look cool and refined. But with the phenomenal success of this year’s Black Panther film, the pressure has been on for Chadwick to step-it-up a notch… and tonight, he did just that. Chadwick walked into history on the famed steps of the Met.
Being one of the only men at the event to literally interpret the theme from head-to-toe, Chadwick donned a papal robe overtop a cream tuxedo with gold ornamentation of religious crosses and Christian iconography.
Completely slaying this year’s Met theme of “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination,” Chadwick easily gets our vote for best-dressed man of the hour!
