Cardi B definitely showed out last night at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards, and that included multiple wardrobe changes for the rapper. Cardi B hit the blue carpet wearing a white Christian Siriano jumpsuit with a cone bra and flowing train. The elaborate look was custom designed by Siriano.
After Cardi B walked the carpet at her first-ever MTV VMAs, she then hit the stage at the pre-show to perform her hit single, “Bodak Yellow.” For her performance, Cardi B made quite the fashionable impression while wearing a Saint Laurent bedazzled bodysuit and matching robe and pair of statement-making crystal-encrusted boots. The glitzy boots, which are actually from the luxury label’s Fall 2017 collection, are made with over 3,000 crystals and retail for $10,000. The statement boots have already amassed waiting lists for those hoping to get their hands on a pair.
Considering Cardi B just recently copped a $240,000 Bentley, it should come as no surprise that she’s wearing shoes worth $10K. Before the show was over, Cardi B had one more outfit change to introduce Demi Lovato to the stage. For her third and final look, Cardi B wore a pink dress with matching feather boa.
It’s safe to say that Cardi B has been winning all year long, and it appears she’s proving her style is winning, too!
