The BET Awards Brought the Black Twitter Fam Together Once Again and It Was Lit

Black Twitter during awards shows, especially the BET Awards, is a different kind of experience. It’s like a family reunion with aunties, uncles and cousins that you’ve never met but instantly click with. During this year’s awards live broadcast, which toasted Black excellence in the arts, films and music and was stacked with stellar performances and amazing speeches, the Twitter party was LIT in so many ways.
