Age-defying secrets: “My faith in God and a positive attitude are what keep me radiant. I also have a skin care regimen that consists of exfoliating, hydrating and applying sunblock. I eat small meals throughout the day, and I walk regularly.”

When she isn’t working or spending time with her beloved daughter, she volunteers for Dress For Success.

She’s not interested in the gym, but she pays a lot of attention to her eating habits.
“I eat small meals throughout the day, I stop eating before I’m full and I don’t eat after 7 P.M., says Johnson. Diabetes runs on both sides of her family, so she’s very conscientious of what she puts into her mouth.
Johnson is also quite the beauty maven, never skipping her morning and evening face-care routine. She swears by Olay Regenerist.
