Rotimi has joined Coming 2 America.

The Power star, known for playing Dre on the Starz hit series, will be joining the original cast of Coming to America as well as new additions like Jermaine Fowler, Teyana Taylor, KiKi Layne, Leslie Jones and more.

No word on Rotimi’s role in the sequel.

The actor is currently gearing up for the sixth and final season of Power, which premieres Sunday, August 25.

Trailers for the series have teased betrayal and a power struggle between the show’s main character James “Ghost” St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick) and his best friend, Tommy Egan (Joseph Sikora).

Rotimi will next appear in Singleholic, a film about a woman who must become comfortable in her own skin after a bad breakup and series of unsuccessful dates.
