President Obama is joining in on the social media celebration of Team USA dominating at the 2016 Olympics and like the rest of us, he’s particularly in awe of 19-year-old gymnastics champion Simone Biles.
The President took to his personal Twitter account on Sunday evening just as the closing ceremony was underway and he made it a point to recognize Simone, who was tasked with carrying the American flag to represent the team as all of the athletes made their way into the arena for one final moment.

Elated to receive a spotlight from none other than the POTUS himself, Simone gave the perfect response to his congratulatory message, where she expressed how honored she was to be representing Team USA on closing night.
