Like the 70's anthem, “Ain’t No Stopping Us Now,” Zendaya is on the move and slaying everything she does. The newly minted Marvel Universe star just wrapped her first blockbuster, next summer’s Spider-Man: Homecoming. She joined her cast mates at Comic Con where she remained mum on whether her character Michelle would be fighting for or against Spidey.

Until then, Zendaya’s gazillion fans can watch her drop-kick and right-hook baddies on her Disney show K.C. Undercover. This month, Zendaya will be in two new episodes, “The Tightrope of Doom” (airing August 7) and "The Legend of Bad, Bad Cleo Brown” (airing August 14). For the latter, she’s channeling her inner Foxy Brown to portray The Organization’s first Black female spy. Fiercely dressed in afros, bell bottoms and frosted eye shadow, Zendaya found the throwback to the disco era fun to play. “During rehearsals, my Dad would tell me, you look just like your Aunties,” says Zendaya, who’s also a co-producer on the series.

However the 19-year-old didn’t stay stuck in the 70's for long. “This summer has been one of the busiest yet, but at the same time the most rewarding,” says our August cover girl. “In my personal life, I'm buying my first home, which is obviously a crazy experience. On the business side, I've been working on a few new amazing projects that I can't wait to share with everyone once they are complete.”

As she continues juggling her life – hello becoming a home owner at 19! – and career– she’s already booked her next movie – Zendaya shared the summer playlist that keeps her chill through it all (take a listen on Apple Music). “I’m all about having fun energy around me.” We’ll be tuning in.
