The future Mrs. Wilson wowed us on the red carpet with gorgeous silver strands and the most delicious sultry eye we've ever seen!
The secret's out: Ciara is officially our beauty crush of the moment. The gorgeous singer never disappoints when it comes to to a red carpet and the Met Gala was no different.
To perfect her beauty look for the bign night, CiCi turned to none other than celebrity makeup artist, Yolanda Frederick for H&M Beauty, who was inspired by Ciara's gown -- which was also by H&M. In keeping with the Met Gala theme Manus X Machina (Man meets Machine or the intersection of humans and technology), Frederick and her team "decided to use metallic silver color in a classic modern sculpted hairstyle, so we wanted to keep the makeup complimentary to the entire look."
Here's how to get the look:
1. Start with brows and eyes.
Define the brows using H&M Beauty Specialist Pencil in Chocolate Brown. Follow it by basing the lids with H&M Beauty Colour Essence Eye Pencil in Sirocco and smudge Celestial into upper and lower lash lines. Using the H&M Beauty Eye shadow Palette in Smoky Nudes, carve out a smoky winged eye using the dark brown shades in the palette and layer with H&M Beauty High Impact Eye Colour in "Sun Worship" and "Let It Shine." Complete the eye look with a set of flirty lashes and single coat of mascara— Frederick used H&M Beauty Control Chic Mascara in Deep Black.
2. Apply foundation.
To get the perfect shade for Ciara, Frederick mixed H&M Beauty All Day Liquid Foundation in Amber and Ebony. She highlighted under the eyes using the H&M Beauty Medium-to-Dark Custom Concealer Trio.
To sculpt Ciara's cheeks, Frederick used H&M Beauty Pure Velvet Cream Blusher in Cameo Brown and highlighted the high plains of her face using H&M Beauty Highlight-To-Go Highlighter Stick in Imperial Topaz.
4. Add a nude lip.
"We kept the lips more muted since the eyes were such a focal point," states Frederick, who contoured Ciara's lip line with
H&M Beauty Cream Lip Colour in So Cocoa, and then layered with Seashell and a splash of Peach Fuzz to highlight. For an added edginess, she completed the lip look with H&M Beauty Pure Lustre Gloss in Hollywood Muse.
