The burgeoning company makes cricket-flour foods, including cricket-flour protein bars. If you're cringing a little because the thought of eating ground up crickets makes you want to vomit, relax. It's not like that at all. The practice of eating crickets is actually pretty healthy. It was noted in a 2013 report from the United Nations Food and Agricultural Organization that crickets are incredibly nutritional with high amounts of protein.
