"I don't understand why we have an education problem in the first place," said. "Kids aren't learning. If we're going to fight a war on terror, then we should also fight a war on education. Create the new American dream under your leadership. Education should be first."

Hillary Clinton Visited the 'Scandal' Set and Totally Hung Out with Kerry Washington created his Foundation in 2009 and focuses on educational opportunities for students in Boyle Heights, the Los Angeles neighborhood where he grew up.
