Lamar Odom was spotted outside of the hospital for the first time in nearly three months.
In photos obtained by E! News, the NBA player was seen being driven around in Los Angeles on Friday afternoon. He kept his head down as he rode in the car for the afternoon outing.

The sighting comes just days after a source told PEOPLE he was planning to move from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center – where he was airlifted from a Las Vegas hospital after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel – to a live-in rehabilitation center.
“At the center, Lamar will continue to receive amazing therapy,” the source told PEOPLE. “He still has many challenges but is making progress. He is a fighter!”
