This is just the good news we needed to hear—Leah Still is cancer free!

Her father, former Cincinnati Bengal player Devon Still, shared that new medical tests showed the five-year-old had no evidence of disease in her system.

Leah was diagnosed last year with stage 4 neuroblastoma. ABC News and the Mayo Clinic describes it as a "disease that develops from immature nerve cells" in children under the age of 5.

Devon posted a picture on Instagram to thank fans for their "support and prayers" for his daughter through her diagnosis and recovery.
